Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the testing and change management of our IT Service Management platform, ensuring a seamless delivery process.

You will lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them towards productivity, quality, and adherence to best practices within an Agile framework.

Collaborate with technical stakeholders to manage and resolve platform issues, keeping the platform up to date with the latest features and security patches.

Assist in developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing demand and providing updates on progress, testing, risks, and issues.

Evaluate changes to ensure they follow structured testing and change management processes to minimize risk.

Stay updated with the latest trends to ensure the platform evolves with industry best practices.

About You
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role is required.
  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules is necessary.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure is also required.
