Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to continue growing capability within the Westpac Group. The key focus of this role is around citizen development, with oversight of solutions ensuring they are effectively delivered and maximizing benefit to the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership
    • Be the engagement point person for the Business
    • Instil and role model a culture of exemplary customer satisfaction for the business teams you support
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes and technology landscape
    • Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
  • Effective Solution Design
    • Participate in solution design activities, ensuring appropriate review and approval process is followed
    • Provide specialist advice on general design methods and practices and identify conditions or factors that may affect objectives
    • Ensure solutions consider combined features and constraints relating to data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
  • Governance & Best Practice
    • Adhere to risk framework and associated controls to ensure all risk is identified, managed, escalated, and mitigated
    • Drive delivery teams to produce high quality solutions that are fast and resilient
  • Power Platform Capability
    • Contribute to Power Platform strategy within Westpac
    • Drive projects to uplift Power Platform capability
