About the Role:

The Digital Platforms Capability Analyst will be responsible for managing the development, growth, and operations of digital platforms and services. This involves ensuring that digital platform capabilities meet user needs, achieve objectives, and operate smoothly.

Position Requirements:

  • Problem Identification: Identify problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
  • Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support organizational goals
