Job Description

The purpose of this role is to coordinate work programs between teams. This involves maintaining the delivery plan and monitoring progress as per defined work packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work file completion between teams.
  • Provide detailed reporting and ongoing management of the works program.
  • Ensure programs meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate programs to minimize costs and maximize supply reliability by reducing customer interruptions.
  • Recommend changes to works programming to drive efficiencies.
  • Provide a rolling capacity forecast.
  • Check files for completeness and quality.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings.
  • Plan and schedule all works, ensuring accurate forecasting of future workload.
  • Process work requests, prioritize requests, and ensure delivery of the program to meet timeframes.
  • Maintain resource balances to meet competing needs and expectations.
  • Provide forecasts and recommendations on overflow work and variations to the planned work.
  • Track, monitor, and report on close-out of files/jobs.
  • Facilitate regular review meetings with stakeholders to ensure delivery of work within agreed timeframes.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
  • Sound experience in using computerized management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering customer service and project management.
  • Understanding of business processes.
  • Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills to operate, maintain, and enhance documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and information systems.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Understanding of data analysis (desired but not essential).

Preferred qualifications include a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
