- Collaborate with your team, internal stakeholders, and the retail network to drive fast customer outcomes.
- Extensive customer service experience with strong relationship building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A positive mindset, proactive approach to learning, and flexible attitude toward change, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information effectively.
- A passion for making informed, data-driven decisions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Banking and finance industry experience is preferred but not required.
