Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused individuals to join our Drill and Blast teams across various mine sites in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for experienced drill operators, blast operators, shotfirers, and MPU operators to work in a fast-paced environment driving productivity and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drill Operators: Proficiency operating large-scale open-pit mining equipment including D65, Pit Viper 271, Sandvik, Cubex, and DML Drill Rigs.
  • Shotfirers: Leading and coordinating blast crews, working with electronic detonators, and maintaining compliance within magazines and work areas.
  • Blast Crew & MPU Operators: Operating stemming trucks, priming holes, and loading explosive products, as well as managing daily stocktake of explosive materials.
Requirements
  • A valid Australian C Class manual driver's license or higher.
  • A strong team mindset, ability to work safely and flexibly to meet business requirements.
  • Role-specific experience and qualifications as outlined above.
