Junior Site Manager

This is a junior foreman role that offers the opportunity to work and learn from experienced professionals in the landscape construction industry.
The job involves assisting a senior team member to deliver high-quality projects, working closely with clients and managing a small crew to meet deadlines and budgets.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who has a Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture and 2-3 years experience as a qualified Tradesman.
You will be responsible for reading and interpreting plans, programming construction work, conducting toolbox talks, delegating duties, liaising with clients and reporting into a supervisor.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage a small crew and have a willingness to travel up to an hour.
Requirements- Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture
- 2-3 years experience as a qualified Tradesman
- Ability to read plans and manage a small crew
- Willingsness to travel up to an hour
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including infrastructure, public parks and playgrounds, subdivisions and major civil infrastructure.
