Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Strategic Account Manager to lead our day-to-day client management and influencer strategy across international and local brands.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in a PR agency, ideally within fashion/lifestyle. In-house experience with large-scale consumer brands is also welcome. They should also have proven experience planning and executing influencer-led campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for both local and global clients.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent communication, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, influencer) to shape campaigns that are culturally relevant, brand-aligned, and results-driven.
  • Source, vet, and recommend influencers aligned with brand tone, values, and audience across platforms including Instagram, TikTok etc.
  • Oversight of end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and approvals to reporting
  • Draft and manage influencer strategies to support store openings, product launches, brand collaborations, and events.
  • Analyse influencer campaign performance; deliver insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a PR agency, ideally within fashion/lifestyle.
  • Proven experience planning and executing influencer-led campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.
  • A deep understanding of the creator economy, platform nuances, and how social media drives brand storytelling.
  • Strong existing relationships with Australian influencers, talent agencies, and lifestyle media.
