Key Account Development Manager

As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth in the Independents channel through direct selling and in-store execution of our retail bakery and grocery products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners/managers to increase ranging within each independent store.
  • Visiting all stores within your territory in a set cycle to upsell instore activations for our products.
  • Assisting with other in-store activities as required.
Requirements:
  • Up to 2 years' work experience - would suit a recent graduate.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (ability to develop strong relationships internally & externally).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to manage challenging timelines and work under pressure.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sales force, information systems).
  • Experience in working with new customers and developing relationships quickly.
  • Self-starter who uses own initiative.
  • Valid Driver's License.
