Cluster Revenue Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Cluster Revenue Manager to deliver optimal revenue management for our hotel portfolio.


About the Position

This role reports into a Centralised Revenue Team and on-property Hotel Management Teams. The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and integrating revenue strategies, implementing reporting systems, and optimising inventory management to drive growth and maximise performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Revenue Management services to EVT operated hotels, driving performance, market share, and maximum profitability.
  • Analyse daily hotel reports, IDEAS RM system, and other available data to identify opportunities to maximise hotel room and F&B revenue.
  • Check distribution channels for hotel and competitor positioning, ensuring information accuracy.
  • Generate weekly HP demand forecasts, providing a synopsis for the hotel's General Manager and Financial Controller on how the forecast was derived.
  • Submit reporting in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of revenue management processes.
  • Manage and review RMS systems, identifying system changes, demand updates, and critical inputs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate brand initiatives, demand, and market analysis to the cluster.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with key internal stakeholders, hotel teams, and members of the Revenue Services Team to ensure timely and efficient information flow.
