Order Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our online distribution network as an Order Fulfillment Associate. This role will involve picking and packing customer orders, managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining accurate warehousing, and ensuring stock inventory levels are up-to-date.
About the Role:In this position, you will play a vital part in the end-to-end fulfillment of online liquor orders to customers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient order processing, safe work practices, and adherence to company policies.
About You and Your Skills:- You possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing great customer service.
- You have the ability to work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace in a fast-moving environment.
- You can follow instructions, safe work practices, order fulfillment processes, and stock management policies.
- You are comfortable with moderate to heavy lifting (up to 17kg).
- A forklift license is desirable.
- You hold an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or are willing to obtain one.
