Role Summary:

This pivotal role supports the head of risk management within the first line of defence. As the senior manager, you will drive a proactive risk culture across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • Integrate risk management frameworks into business operations
  • Promote innovative risk management solutions aligning with strategic direction and growth objectives
About You:

We seek someone with strong background in risk management, ideally across p&c and/or group risk landscape and within leadership position, leading risk specialist teams.

You'll join us with proven track record of supporting development and implementation of risk management frameworks, particularly within financial services industry with keen focus on p&c and/or group risk.

Qualifications and Skills:

Risk management expertise is essential for this role. A background in p&c and/or group risk, along with leadership experience and ability to drive change are key qualifications.
