Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Operational Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and diary management
- Collating data for reports and presentations
- Project support
- Stakeholder engagement
- Data entry
- Taking minutes
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- High-level executive support experience
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
