Our client is a respected medium sized firm who work with blue chip clients across the property space and have gone through steady growth through recent years. They are well known in the Victorian market for delivering quality work & are _well hedged in their workload for the changing market_.

We are currently seeking a skilled **Land Surveyor **looking for their next step to join this firm and engage in a portfolio of projects in Metro Melbourne. Salary is determined by experience; however, you can expect a remuneration of** $85K-$105K+Super+Benefits.**

The Surveyor will be reporting to the Survey Manager and will help manage the Surveying requirements with a mix of computations and field work.

**About the Role**
- Great opportunity to work on blue chip Land Development projects
- Responsibility for all survey related tasks both on site and in the office
- Assisting and completing drafting when required
- Liaising with all relevant stakeholders including council, contractors, internal & external stake holders
- Adhering to legal & client requirements

**About You**
- Diploma or Degree qualified in Spatial Science, Surveying or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Cadastral works
- Solid skillset in relevant software’s such as LisCAD & 12D
- Experience with either Trimble or Leica Total Stations
- A self-starter with hands on experience in addition to an analytical mind towards computations
- Eye for detail
- Great communication skills
