
Strategic Trade Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Senior Account Executive - Trades.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, offering a great balance between work and personal life.
About the Role:- Effectively advise, manage and maintain a client portfolio of moderate to large accounts, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
- Take ownership of your own client revenue, budgets and have or be keen to develop a strong financial literacy, making informed decisions to achieve business objectives.
- Implement renewal and broking strategies based on client requirements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruption.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by actively seeking new and expanded business opportunities, identifying trends and emerging markets.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general or financial lines insurance broking, with a proven track record of success.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and concisely.
- The ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems, analyzing situations and developing creative solutions.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
