We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our payroll team.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough compliance checks across the payroll landscape to identify and mitigate risks of non-compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments.
- Provide tactical solutions for immediate issues and contribute to the development of long-term strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent payroll practices across all brands.
- Monitor and report on payroll compliance, providing oversight and assurance.
What You'll Bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience in payroll auditing and compliance.
- Strong background in payroll operations, compliance, and controls.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll and time and attendance systems, as well as end-to-end payroll processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll tax, workcover legislation, superannuation, and PAYG.
- Ability to interpret complex industrial instruments, including modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Experience in identifying and consolidating payroll compliance risks and issues.
