As a key member of our team, this Project Support Officer role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure timely delivery milestones.
- Coordinate workforce planning, task tracking, and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
- Support governance reporting through weekly status updates, financial tracking, and milestone progress.
- Maintain and monitor project registers (risks, issues, actions) to contribute to risk mitigation planning and resolution.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, resource plans, and reporting tools to support milestone delivery.
- Strong coordination skills across workforce planning, task tracking, and issue resolution in dynamic environments.
- Experience maintaining project registers and supporting risk mitigation strategies to ensure delivery continuity.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with program management and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and governance reporting.
A minimum security clearance as required by the relevant authority must currently be held and maintained. In some instances, compliance with international regulations may also be an inherent requirement.
