- Provide support to other branches, requiring travel and collaboration
- Assist customers in using in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Conduct comprehensive financial health checks to identify customer needs
- Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for services
- Adhere to established processes and procedures, including transaction reconciliation and customer financial review
- Engage with customers at community events and fundraising activities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for the team
