Job Title: Technical Review Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Review Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring good governance in relation to technical review processes.

You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating technical review workshops and meetings, including the timely circulation of documentation. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with our procedures and guidelines.

In this role, you will work closely with our technical reviewer or chair to prepare agendas, take minutes, and update technical issues registers. Your ability to communicate effectively and present findings to senior leadership will be essential in this position.

As a Technical Review Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve our processes, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative skills and excellent organizational abilities
  • Proven experience in managing complex governance processes and regulatory compliance requirements
  • High-level capability in a variety of software packages, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
