Job Title: IT Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an IT Process Improvement Specialist to work closely with key business stakeholders and technical partners.

This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, investigating business processes and procedures, and using lean techniques to optimize them.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain functional requirements documentation and document business processes and workflows using process mapping tools.

Gathering and analyzing business requirements to ensure effective solutions are delivered is a key aspect of this role.

We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in Agile, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this position, you will be required to elicit requirements, write user stories, and work in sprints.

A strong background in SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is essential, as well as previous experience working with Microsoft Intune (cloud technology by Office 365).
