We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the demand forecast, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a smooth supply chain.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective demand forecasting models using historical data and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and optimize inventory levels.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, inventory turnover, and lead times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other relevant software.
