Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Management: Develop precise forecasts for B2B Wholesale channel and key Greater China customers.
  • Forecasting: Generate statistical models, refine historical data, and maintain product/customer hierarchies.
  • Innovation Planning: Support volume planning for new product launches and oversee end-of-life cycle transitions.
  • Consensus Building: Facilitate customer demand review sessions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze forecast bias and accuracy, and drive initiatives to improve performance.
  • System Management: Ensure data integrity and manage forecast volumes and system cutovers.
  • SLOB Management: Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and support exception-based planning.
