We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional client service and support our Adelaide Family Office team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in front of house reception or similar, preferably within a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients, booking meeting rooms, coordinating events and activities, as well as offering concierge services such as restaurant bookings and travel planning.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for receiving and responding to internal communications, gathering additional information and cross checking with Trust policies.
