Job Overview

The Branch Manager is a pivotal role within our banking network, accountable for spearheading and developing the team to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Heathcote. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance effectively.

This role requires expertise in residential and commercial lending, as well as excellent communication skills to deliver clear expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong people leadership skills to develop, coach and manage staff performance.
  • Proven sales mentorship experience, driving business results through effective strategies.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver clear expectations.
  • A solid understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.
