Professional Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our branch.
Your primary focus will be on leading by example, prioritizing the customer experience, and being proactive in identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
- You will coach and develop the competencies of your team members, helping them achieve their performance and career development goals.
- Prioritize business performance through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and creating strategic plans.
- Work closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand, and actively participating in events.
- Drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
- Have a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
- Knowledge of retail branch operations.
- People leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
- Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
- Experience in residential and commercial lending.
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
- Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
