Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery and maintenance of water treatment plants across New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations are conducted in accordance with health and safety, environmental, legislative, and corporate obligations.

  1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  2. Coordinate project delivery, subcontractor management, and logistics.
  3. Monitor plant operations and assist in plant optimisation.
  4. Conduct water quality sampling and ensure proper procedures are followed.
  5. Carry out routine maintenance duties and manage resources, tools, and equipment.
  6. Participate in safety and environmental management processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising site operations, specialising in water projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in water treatment operations.
  • Practical experience in Quality, Environmental and OH&S Management systems including contractor supervision in field-based or industrial environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, team members, colleagues, external suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Willingness to travel interstate from time to time.
  • Police Clearance Check (ability to obtain baseline Department of Defence security clearance).
  • Cert III Water Treatment or similar is desired.
