Water Treatment Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Project Specialist to join our team in Newcastle, passionate about healthy and sustainable communities.
The successful candidate will be involved in the complete water treatment project life cycle, from investigations, planning studies, design, construction assistance, commissioning and operations support throughout Australia and the Pacific.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from water supply systems to wastewater treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake reviews, investigations and designs of water treatment plants.
- Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to secure, manage and deliver projects.
- Remain at the forefront of technological developments, research and industry best practice.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (or working towards being chartered).
- Strong chemical engineering background in the municipal water industry.
- Experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments and design of municipal water treatment plants.
- A broad knowledge of the industry's policies, standards, research, developments, and market trends.
