About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead our Resources and Industrial business across multiple operations in New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders and customers to develop and execute business and site plans, embedding a risk-based approach to ensure the safety of our people and assets.
  • Coach and mentor leaders through site visits, facilitated training, and workshops, promoting a culture of care, trust, and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain a system that focuses on risk, health, compliance, and customer expectations, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards.
  • Manage serious incident investigations and regulatory notifications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Measure and report on performance, trends, and outcomes, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in safety, health, and wellbeing, with a deep understanding of the risks unique to the transport, warehousing, and resources industry.
  • Commitment to personal development through formal education or other training programs.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and leading incident investigations, with a working knowledge of work health and safety legislation.
  • Ability to develop and present results, plans, and updates to leadership teams and customers.
