We are seeking a Family Medicine Specialist to join our team in the Northern Territory.

About the RoleThis role involves working with Aboriginal communities, delivering chronic disease management, health checks, preventative care, health promotion, and routine consultations.
You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and the community, while also being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve effective community health outcomes.
- Develop and implement preventative care initiatives, promoting healthy lifestyles and improving health outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
- AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.
- RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship.
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities, understanding cultural nuances and values.
- Recent emergency training certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote area, adapting to challenging situations.
