Are you a seasoned mineral processing professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Service Line Manager to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd.

Job Scope:

As a Regional Service Line Manager, you will be responsible for increasing market share in traditional markets, identifying and growing new market opportunities, and significantly growing the revenue base for the product offering in the market. You will utilize your expertise in mineral processing to add value to our customers by continuously improving plant efficiency, availability, and recoveries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site audits and provide debottlenecking and system optimization studies to unlock customer processes utilizing FLSmidth technologies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the region's profitable growth strategy over the product aftermarket lifecycle.
  • Strive for continuous improvements in our 'Safety First' and Quality-focused culture.
  • Grow and develop a small team of Regional Service Line Managers to continually increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support business development planning and attend industry functions to provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Provide win/lost and product service line P&L reporting and customer feedback to Global Service Line Managers.

What You Bring:

  • Good experience within the mineral processing industry, with a focus on comminution and extractive metallurgy.
  • Experience across multiple mineral processing flowsheets, including copper, nickel, gold, coal, and iron ore.
  • Experience in a business development role with demonstrable success in growing the business through a strategic approach to building long-term relationships.
  • Highly adept at processing information gathering, sorting, and analysis to derive optimization plans and deliver value to clients.
