Job Opportunity: Support Elderly in Their Homes

Are you passionate about supporting older persons and helping them maintain their independence? We have an exciting opportunity for a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) to join our team.

As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as light housework, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.

Our clients appreciate the one-on-one time they receive from our dedicated carers, who work closely with them to understand their unique needs and preferences. As a PCA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Help with household tasks such as laundry and cleaning
  • Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or higher/equivalent
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Victorian driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Smartphone and access to computer
