About the Role

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for helping people enjoy better health. As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll promote and sell nib's Private Health Insurance products and services, partnering with members to ensure we understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

You'll ensure nib members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements. You'll be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success.

Work remotely 80% of the time, with in-office days for team connection, collaboration and fun. Your motivation and drive coupled with a passion for achieving and reaching set goals will set you up for success.

How to Apply

Successful applicants must be available to commence training and employment on December 2nd, 2024. Due to our business requirements, we have different shift blocks available rotating between 8:00am-8:30pm Monday to Friday.

The initial training and orientation will take place over one month at our beautiful Newcastle office. During this time, you will have the opportunity to meet your new teammates and get settled into your role.

After completing the initial training period, you'll benefit from our flexible hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 80% of the time.
