About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at Osborne Richardson. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in managing tenders and quotations, ensuring seamless contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, aligning with regulatory standards and client guidelines.
  • Prepare and issue high-quality procurement documentation, paying close attention to detail.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts, guaranteeing compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in purchasing and procurement management.
  • Proven track record in managing tenders and quotations, with expertise in negotiation and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with SAP, particularly the contract management module, is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
