Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Manager to oversee the online business and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining automated customer journeys, including abandoned cart and post-purchase follow-up campaigns.
  • Collaborating with a team of experts to produce high-quality product content.
  • Analysing website and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to build out new features and drive conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
  • Overseeing the development and upload of website content and assets, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Presenting results and insights to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least five years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing. A background in a similar fashion retailer is also desirable.
