The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in the success of the People & Culture team as the business continues to grow and evolve. This role will sit as part of the leadership team and will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization.

They offer a range of diverse services to the community on both a local, regional, and national basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to the organization, including HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Manage a well-established HR Business Partner and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR.
  • Proven track record of success in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong technical HR competence, including knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
  • Experience working with the SCHADS award and managing a modern award workforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
