Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to undertake various HR-related activities, including recruitment, payroll, employment conditions, and workplace relations. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality advice and support to staff, manage end-to-end recruitment, and support managers with staffing matters.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake activities associated with the HR function, including recruitment, payroll, employment conditions, and workplace relations.
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to all staff on HR matters, including managing the HR inbox and maintaining online HR resources.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for engaging Commission employees and contractors, including on-boarding, induction, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Support managers with staffing matters, such as workforce planning and capability, performance management, absence management, and grievances.
Requirements
  • Previous HR Generalist experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Recruitment experience.
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, HR practices, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
