  • Develop and implement literacy and learning programs that align with the Victorian Curriculum and the Science of Learning.
  • Build the capacity of teachers to develop content and pedagogical knowledge, sharing expertise and skills in curriculum development.
  • Support teachers to increase expertise in assessment, including data interpretation and analysis to inform teaching decisions.
  • Facilitate the planning of Inquiry Units with class teachers each term.
  • Organize relevant excursions and experiences as required.
  • Coordinate the development of semester reports with the classroom teachers and ICT Leader.
  • Build positive relationships and assist in creating learning environments where all are valued, engaged, and challenged.
