Practice Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Coach to join our team at TRY Australia. As a Practice Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our early childhood education services to deliver high-quality programs and services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and mentoring to early childhood educators to enhance their skills and knowledge in delivering high-quality programs and services.
- Support the development and implementation of School Readiness Funding plans to ensure the needs of children and families are met.
- Collaborate with service leaders and educators to build their capacity and reflect on their own practice and learning styles.
- Use remote communication tools to engage with educators, families, and service providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care, preferably at Bachelor or above level, and VIT registration.
- Extensive and recent experience as an Early Childhood Teacher with strong knowledge of early year learning frameworks and National Quality Standards.
- Proven leadership skills to effectively coach and empower groups of people.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Completion of Coach and Mentor Training Program or Effective Mentor Program or similar (desirable).
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to positively influence through effective engagement, facilitation, and negotiation.
- An approach to work that is flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
