Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Workers to support clients with complex care needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Personal Support: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including showering, toileting, and feeding
  • Manual Handling: Transfer clients safely between bed, shower, or commode
  • Social Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or similar qualification
  • Availability during weekdays (AM and PM) and weekends
  • Ability to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
