We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate person-centred care, especially supporting clients with complex needs
- Lead support strategies for individuals with complex care requirements
- Mentor and guide staff to enhance team performance
- Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals
- Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in disability support, preferably in high-intensity settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and model best practice
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
