
Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role
- Provide intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Develop connections with the community and plan activities and social outings that promote independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and community outings.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in on-call roster and travel to various locations as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills.
- Current full Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive car insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Experience in manual handling, challenging behaviours, and high-care skills.
- Previous experience in disability support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
