Parts Procurement Coordinator Role

We are seeking two organised and enthusiastic professionals to support our service department by ensuring the right parts are ready for the right job on time, every time.

  • This role plays a vital part in maintaining a smooth operation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of parts management.
  • Prepare all required parts in advance for the next day's repair orders.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements.
  • Deliver excellent internal customer service to service and sales teams.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
