This is a pivotal role for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth in Victoria. The successful candidate will possess a strong network, with the ability to forge meaningful client relationships, ensuring Humanscale's inclusion in projects and successful outcomes.

About the Role
  • Educate and sell the value of ergonomic workplace solutions to end-users, dealers, architects, and designers.
  • Maintain high sales activity levels, with a minimum of 10 appointments per week.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals.
  • Develop strategic sales objectives and plans with management.
  • Set up product tests or demonstrations for end-users and facilitate presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage sales activity and opportunity reports, CRM, installation assistance, and sales training.
  • Establish relationships with customers, architect and design firms, and educate them on ergonomic workplace solutions.
  • Host showroom events, including breakfast meetings, lunch & learn sessions, and evening events.
  • Schedule in-person meetings and virtual sales calls with the executive team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 7-10+ years of business sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Successful track record of sales planning and execution.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of office furniture or related industry is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
