Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and testing crisis management plans for critical infrastructures to ensure financial stability.
- Leading work to develop robust and legally sound processes and arrangements to deploy crisis management powers, maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating closely with other parts of the team including supervisors of critical infrastructure and subject matter experts to achieve desired outcomes.
- Leading engagement with stakeholders including other domestic regulators and critical infrastructures, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Collaborating widely within the organization, engaging with other areas working on crisis readiness to leverage knowledge and expertise.
- Working with senior executives and key decision-makers to inform strategic decisions and drive business objectives forward.
About You
We are seeking passionate individuals with deep experience in markets, financial market infrastructures, regulatory practice, and/or crisis management to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly familiar with Australian financial markets, including critical infrastructure, and/or have a strong track record in the development and application of crisis management or resolution frameworks.
You will also require:
- Results-driven approach with a demonstrated ability to drive towards solutions with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment.

- Tertiary qualified and experienced in one or more relevant areas such as economics, financial services, markets, law, regulation, and public policy.
