Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader with extensive experience in manufacturing operations to lead our team and drive production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fillings for depositing by mixing and blending ingredients, upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Execute production schedules efficiently, performing frequent heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required.
  • Conduct thorough machine clean-downs and line changeovers, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within production environments, ideally with a focus on food or FMCG industries.
