Craft Chocolate Expert

We are seeking a skilled Craft Chocolate Expert to join our team. As a key member of our chocolate-making process, you will be responsible for creating high-quality chocolate products using your expertise and creativity.

About the Role:

  • Making high-quality chocolate pralines, bars, and products with efficiency
  • Preparing ganache, bases, and fillings through cooking and portioning
  • Tempering chocolate, hand moulding, panning, and enrobing chocolates
  • Operating equipment and machinery used in the chocolate making process
  • Hand decorating pralines and chocolate products
  • Working flexibly and collaboratively as an individual and team member
  • General cleaning and handling duties in a food-safe environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in chocolate production and making, with a solid understanding of chocolate, flavors, and textures
  • Qualifications in chocolate or pastry
  • Passion for producing high-quality chocolate products
  • Energy and motivation to achieve high standards and work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience operating under HACCP standards in a food production environment
