About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to operate state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, ensuring quality control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The successful candidate will be responsible for enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
  • Organize packing staff on end of belt packing.
  • Follow established recipes and methods to create high-quality chocolates.
  • Mix and blend ingredients to make fillings for depositing.
  • Manage production schedules and paperwork.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A background in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and FMCG.
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • The ability to maintain a clean work area and take pride in your work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A quick learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adhere to Food Safety policies and standards.
