Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Data Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead project teams for Data initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Agile development teams, to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management or similar roles in IT Consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience managing data projects, including modernization, migration, governance, and other related initiatives.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse and other cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, performance management, and risk management.
  • Experience with software development life cycles and methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Relevant technology or project delivery certifications.
