Senior Knowledge Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join our growing team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
  • A strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedent development, and style compliance is essential.
  • Advanced document drafting and contract review skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, are required.
  • The ability to prioritise and project manage autonomously, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is crucial.
  • A keen interest and experience in delivering training are also necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing precedents and projects plans for national Commercial practice groups.
  2. Facilitating the development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements.
  3. Drafting and maintaining precedents, ensuring style guide compliance.
  4. Working cross-functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms.
  5. Conducting file audits in conjunction with the Risk team.
  6. Writing key matter summaries for business development.
  7. Maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes and providing regular updates to the Commercial practice groups.
  8. Preparing and delivering legal educational training, including style, precedents, and writing training.
