Senior Knowledge Lawyer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
- A strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedent development, and style compliance is essential.
- Advanced document drafting and contract review skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, are required.
- The ability to prioritise and project manage autonomously, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is crucial.
- A keen interest and experience in delivering training are also necessary.
- Developing and implementing precedents and projects plans for national Commercial practice groups.
- Facilitating the development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements.
- Drafting and maintaining precedents, ensuring style guide compliance.
- Working cross-functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms.
- Conducting file audits in conjunction with the Risk team.
- Writing key matter summaries for business development.
- Maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes and providing regular updates to the Commercial practice groups.
- Preparing and delivering legal educational training, including style, precedents, and writing training.
