Transport Supervisor Position

In this key role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations and efficient functioning of our transport team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the allocation and scheduling of trucks within our convenience transport network.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure subcontractors comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) rules and regulations.
  • Verify accurate payments to subcontractors on time.
  • Meet Reverse Logistics requirements for product returns and maintenance.
  • Addressemployee issues with subcontractor employers directly.
  • Maintain Lineage fleet dedicated to Convenience operations.
  • Collaborate with Convenience site operations for on-time truck dispatch.
  • Train drivers on Convenience transport requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in similar roles within Transport / 3PL industry.
  • Leadership experience with small teams.
  • Excellent understanding of CoR principles (NHVLR, Mass/Fatigue Management).
  • Developing and implementing financial budgets, targets, and reporting.
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
  • Asset management experience.
  • Regulatory framework experience.
  • Safety procedures implementation.
